Dizzy Twilight adventures continue!

As Coronavirus is spreading around the world impacting the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, I am thinking of all those working so hard to keep the world safe and all those affected by the virus. Healing thoughts for the world!

While events around the world are getting canceled as we are staying safe at home, I am looking forward to seeing everyone in the future and spinning tracks on Dizzy Twilight’s DJ deck when we all can get back together to celebrate our efforts and our wins as a community. We are in this together!

Reminiscing about the past year, I can say that it has been an exciting year for Dizzy Twilight!  It was a fun year with events around the country including a number of big charity events, sports events, and parties.

The most exciting part of the year was taking part in a two-week course on the fabulous island of Ibiza!  The course was held by the Point Blank Music School and took part in the centre of Ibiza at Can Blau School of Music. 

The course comprised of DJ skills and Music Production using Ableton. There were 7 of us on the course with fellow students from the USA, Mexico, Norway, Paris and South America!  We had great tutors, made lots of music, learned a lot and made great friends! 

The best part of the two weeks was the opportunity to play live DJ sets in various venues on the island!!  An experience never to be forgotten.

It is 3 years now since I was approached by researchers from Britain’s Got Talent to audition for the show. I never imagined that it would take me to the stage of The London Palladium for the first live audition and then onto the Semi-Finals!

This adventure is something I love and if nothing else it shows that age is just a number.  Never give up on a dream!  Music takes me to another place and I am grateful for all these opportunities.

This year of 2020 has bookings for lots of fun events and also ongoing courses. It is great to learn something new each day.
